I went to Smashburger for the first time, and I was pleased. My Mushroom Swiss Truffleburger tasted great! The burger meat could have been thicker, but that's my only complaint. My Smash Fries tasted great as well. Thin cut, and the garlic/rosemary flavoring was a real plus on these fries. I was pleasantly surprised that the staff brought my meal to my plate, and took my tray away when I was done. I saw the tip request when I ordered, but I did not think I would be waited on, and I didn't tip. I will be tipping the next time I come.
This was my first experience with any Smashburger. Didn't find any option on the menu without egg and meat. The general manager of the store didn't want me to walk out without having a meal, and offered to make a custom dish for me. He checked on the veggies I would like sauteed, and put together a sandwich / burger with that. Refused to take any tip, and threw in a discount and offered to suggest to the management on accomodating more dietary preferences. He personally made the dish to ensure that nothing goes wrong , and the dish tasted Smashin' awesome!
Friendly staff and delicious food. I was happy for the healthier option, chicken gluten free buns. Next time, I’ll double up on the meat. Smash fries were delicious too, love skinny fries.
I go here pretty often and usually order online for the fastest pickup. When recently I experienced a very long wait time for my order on pickup, Josh noticed how long I was waiting and compensated me with my time with a free meal voucher next time I came in. This is honestly the best customer service I’ve had from any fast food restaurant which you don’t usually expect. Other than Josh being awesome, the food here is always tasty and I recommend it to anyone looking to get a good burger in the area.
Ordered two double classic smash burgers with bacon at 12:48PM on a Saturday through their mobile app that said order would be ready in 15 minutes. They delivered on that time. Ingredients were fresh and beef was juicy. Great distribution of the ingredients! It's hard to say anything bad about my experience other than the fact that I wasn't able to finish both burgers in one sitting because it was more food than my stomach could handle. Keep it up!
Smashburgers are the best burgers in the USA. Don't ever take your Double Smoked Bacon Brisket Burger off the menu. The Radnor, PA store's customer service representatives are always very helpful and today she reminded me I could get double reward points with my purchase .
Food was fantastic! I’ve been in to this location a few times, and food has been consistently good, but the customer service hadn’t been great, but this most recent visit this past Wednesday was the best, yet. I believe there was a new girl with brown hair handling the register, and who brought the food to my table, and she made me want to return. She was so nice and really knew how to speak to customers. Definitely made me smile and the table next to me agreed that she was amazing. The customer service alone would bring me back again and again. Way to go, Smashburger!!!
